I wanted a firm with a good rep and we had a fairly restricted budget but generous enough.... read more Bearded Bros came across as really knowledgeable and professional (as did most of the others we lined up), but they were also friendly and appeared very helpful. Our purchase date fell through (we hadn't booked a moving date) and thankfully our chain was strong and we managed to purchase the same property but several months later. Bearded Bros were very helpful with boxes and packing items etc. Where if I needed more boxes they would always drop them round no probs! On the day of moving they turned up early, where we had a huge lorry and a smaller one for fragile items. They were very efficient and just buzzed around our 3 storey house getting things moved, while we were STILL packing stuff up in the kitchen. When we were finally out of the house by 1.30pm (the official time) and over the the new house to wait for the keys (where the property was quite local still) we all went off for lunch as there was a delay further down the chain for Completion. Sadly the delay was for several hours and we didn't get to move in until after 3.30pm. The lads from BB were so patient and we had a lot of stuff to unload and our new house was quite spread out and confusing for everyone to start with. They worked as quickly and efficiently as possible and unpacking didn't finish till late. Everyone was exhausted at the end to say the least - but the lads were amazing and cheerful the whole time and always careful with our things. We would always use Bearded Bros to help us move again as they helped take all of the stress out of the moving day (if we ever move again as we love our new home). Thanks Guys!
